I am a DNP student at The University of San Diego & will be graduate in May of 2018. I would like to present my poster at SDACNL in March of 2018 if possible. My project is Follow-Up Telephone Calls After Surgery to Prevent ED Visits After Discharge. What should I do?

    Regards,

    Homira Feely, NP
